Alan L. Dand C.A.
Alan formed the accounting practice of Dand Carnegie & Co (now FourM) in 1990 before moving to DC Consulting Limited in 2002, and incorporated Dand Carnegie Accounting Solutions Limited in 2005 with Kenny Laing and Gavin McLeish.

Alan has extensive experience in Business Development, and oversees the whole Accounting Solutions operation.

Scott Carnegie


Scott Carnegie, LLB., C.A.
Having formed Dand Carnegie & Co with Alan in 1990, Scott incorporated DC Consulting Limited in 2000, before joining Dand Carnegie Accounting Solutions Limited in 2006.

Scott provides Business Development services to a large number of clients, both in this country and abroad, and holds several client directorships.

Kenny Laing


Kenneth M. Laing
Kenny joined Dand Carnegie & Co in 2000, then moved to DC Consulting Limited in 2002 before forming Dand Carnegie Accounting Solutions Limited with Alan and Gavin Mcleish.

Kenny specialises in Accounting Solutions, and is currently providing ongoing director services to some current business turnaround projects.

Gavin Mcleish


Gavin J. McLeish
Gavin joined Dand Carnegie & Co in 1998, before moving to DC Consulting Limited in 2002, then formed Dand Carnegie Accounting Solutions Limited with Alan and Kenny.

Gavin specialises in Turnaround and Recovery, and currently acts in a strategic consulting role for a number of clients with turnovers ranging from £50k to £3m.
